Their combined 55 years of global experience covers an array of business activities, creating a strong and unique partnership. They bring dynamic and solutions-focused commercial and project leadership to a team or organisation.

Originally qualifying as a barrister, Clare B Marshall’s experience as General Counsel and member of the global leadership team of an international professional services firm allows her to bring foresight, independent judgement and strategic oversight to a range of business complexities.
A creative, forward-thinking and commercially focused chartered engineer, Tony Marshall brings experience of complex project and business leadership.
This includes the practicalities of building and managing multi-disciplinary teams, navigating the changing landscape of public sector procurement, understanding intricate design and delivery models and using technology to optimise project efficiencies.
Tony also has extensive practical and strategic experience of new business development, particularly related to the tendering process and winning new commissions.
Coaching and mentoring
Working with a range of professionals throughout their careers, the partners of 2MPy have led and evolved diverse teams, encouraging aspiring professionals around the globe to flourish, whilst delivering a range of small, large scale and international projects with success and resilience.
2MPy also provides focused and effective business mentoring and coaching to existing and aspiring leaders.
Industry support and advocacy
The team plays an active role supporting industry professional bodies in areas related to technical best practice, business principles, training and learning and development.
Tony Marshall is currently an adviser to the Council of Management of the Road Safety Foundation; a UK-based charity with wider European links which advocates road casualty reduction through simultaneous action on all three components of the safe road system: roads, vehicles and behaviour.
In 2023, Clare B Marshall was appointed Discipline Head of Risk Management for the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Academy. Providing tailored online training for professionals, the Academy‘s curriculum is created for a global audience by a panel of senior industry specialists. As discipline head of Risk Management, Clare’s technical insight and guidance will help nurture future talent in the engineering, infrastructure and construction sectors.
